We have programed the training with learning about Hygiene, Sanitation and Discipline relating to production spaces.
With our vast experience in Baking industry and training, we have designed this program to suit all those who wish to join as APPRENTICE BAKER Job and work in production spaces with hands-on practical product making.
One can join Bakeries who produce Commercial products in large volumes or also be a support for an individual home bakers, the choices are many. We at IBCA suggest the participant as there are many BAKERY SKILL Jobs available for their immediate joining.
Bread making Basics, Variety in Breads and rolls, Puff pastry variants, Doughnuts and Desserts, Cookies and Biscuits. Snack production, Cake baking with finished decoration. Buttercream, Non-dairy cream preparation and frosting, Creative decoration styles, Fondant and Gumpaste basics and finishing of cakes, cupcakes and cake pops.
Students will be assigned the days learning to produce products of different kinds and also assessed for their work like discipline, cleanliness, speed and retailing abilities.
