Eligibility - Professional Training

  

BCCA-MCG: Participant seeking enrollment to any of the Courses offered by IBCA, should have completed 16 years and above. Reading and writing of English language is requested (Speaking is not mandatory).


Certification: Every registered Participant will be awarded with Certificate of Participation from Institute of Baking and Cake Art only on successful completion of the various examinations conducted. 


Certificates for City & Guilds (MCG), students shall take up the certification examination as per the dates suggested by the management and shall receive the certificates on successfully complete them. The certificates will be granted only after 2-3 months of their certification examination.


Training Fee:

The course Fee shall  be inclusive of  raw-materials used for training purposes, various technical sessions, for taking home of equally distributed products made in the  scheduled class and Certificate on successful  completion of the training programme.


BCCA-MCG& EBC: IBCA shall provide a  training tool kit  which is inclusive of the course fee charged. Students are suggested to carry the bag with the tools every day of their class.

Payment of FEE for BCCA-MCG – Installments

Students joining MCG shall pay their fee in 4 Installments.

The First installment shall be paid prior to registration.

Every installment shall be paid on or before 5th of the every month.

In case of emergency a student will be allowed to block their training dates and take up the remaining classes on a later date only on the payment of the installment due and also on receiving an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the management. 

GENERAL Terms & Conditions

  • All prices are mentioned in INR (Indian Rupee)
  • All Participants must register online in advance to take part in the training courses provided by IBCA.
  • Registration consists of filling out a form online 
  • Registrations shall be provided on First-come-first-serve basis and the confirmed participants are requested to abide by the scheduled training dates. We do not entertain last minute walk-ins for the training program.
  • Every Participant must provide their passport photo; enclosing their attested copy of their basic education certificate and Aadhar card. (for Indian citizens only). All Foreign Participant kindly write to us and we shall suggest your registration format.[d1] 
  • In-case of change in dates if the Participant is unable to arrive for the classes on the scheduled date after confirmation. The participant may call on Helpline No.+918088601601 between 9.00am to 6.00 pm IST or send a mail to ibcablr@yahoo.com.  Participant may confirm any changes in the schedule 2 days in advance before the scheduled date of the Training Program.
  • Registration of a Participant shall be confirmed only upon receiving a duly filled online application form.
  • Participants shall register by filling the online application form and on payment of the first installment of the fee 10 days prior to the scheduled date of the course. We do not confirm you as a participant, unless the above mentioned criteria are fulfilled.
  • The scheduled date is liable to change if no prior confirmation is made by the Participants.
  • We request you to bring an Apron Duster, Lunch, Book, Pen and a Box to all the scheduled classes mentioned programs. In case a Participant does not have an Apron & Duster the same can be purchased at the institute.
  • Talking on mobile phones and photography are strictly prohibited within the training space.  Participants shall be allowed to use their mobile phones only in case of emergencies and upon the permission of the assigned trainer
  • The assigned trainer shall not entertain out of subject Q&A or discussions during the training hours .
  • Student from EBC and BCCA –MCG will have to wear chef coat and apron during all practical classes, assessment tests & examinations.
  • All Training material is owned by IBCA, All Intellectual Property Rights in all the Training material provided, including the design, graphics and the products created. Therefore any image captured within the training premises shall strictly be  uploaded on any form of social media only upon tagging and proving credits to IBCA. 
  • The tools provided may vary from one batch to another, as it depends upon availability of materials.

Training Guide

  • All Participants are suggested to keep the training space clean at all times. Students joining EBC and BCCA-MCG will have to also learn and abide to cleaning utensils, bake-ware, and hand-tools as a part of the program. 
  • Students of BCCA-MCG and EBC shall be present for theory session by 9.30am sharp.
  • Students from BCCA-MCG shall complete their Record/Journals within the week and get an acknowledgement by the class trainer and HOD regularly.
  • Students from BCCA-MCG will have to abide to punctuality, code-of-conduct, hygiene and cleaning and record book-keeping to achieve the best score in internal assessments. 
  • The Training is designed for students who intend to participate for hobby learning or making it their profession. 
  • The course content has been designed according to the Industry standards and students involvement. 
  • Parents/Relatives/Friends and others will not be allowed inside the training space, although they can be in the premises of IBCA. 
  • All Certificates will be issued by Institute of Baking and Cake Art. Only students from BCCA-MCG will receive their Global recognized certificate issued (on successful completion of examination) by London based City & Guilds. Manipal City & Guilds (MCG) and they will be responsible for coordination of this certificate.



Registration: Online Registrations are free. Log on to www.ibcablr.net and complete your details along with attached photo and documents. Participants after submitting their registration forms are required to pay training fees as per the following schedule. A selection letter will be sent to your email.

Accommodation Facility

  • Accommodation facility is NOT-available within the training space  and is not included in the course fee. 
  • There are PGs, Guest houses, Service apartment facility near to the institute (Details provided below) 
  • All out station Students are requested to inform their accommodation details at the time of their registration.
  • Food and lodging will be extra, Request you to make your arrangements accordingly.

On completing your Payment

  • Kindly email the print screen of online electronic fund transfer or Mobile payment as confirmation.
  • Only while paying by Cash, after deposition of fee in cash to the above bank account, your bank will provide you a deposition slip. Kindly send the scanned copy/picture of that slip with your name. 
  • While transferring funds through NEFT please mail us (ibcablr@yahoo.com) your details with your account numbers etc.

IBCA Hobby Training Course

  

For HOBBY training: Participants seeking enrollment to any of the hobby training courses offered by IBCA should have completed SSLC or 10+ or any equivalent training or more. Reading and writing of English language is requested (Speaking is not mandatory).


Certification: Every registered Participant will be awarded with Certificate of Participation from Institute of Baking and Cake Art only on successful completion of the various certification examination conducted


Training Fee: The course Fee shall  be inclusive of raw-materials used for training purposes, various technical sessions, for taking home of equally distributed products made in the scheduled class and Certificate on successful completion of the training program.


Payment of FEE for Hobby Courses - Students joining for hobby courses shall pay the course  fee by making one time payment
