  • Timing - 11:00am to 03:30pm 
  • THEORY & PRACTICAL, Lunch will be between 1-2pm (Flexible)

What you will Learn

 Baking is an exact science and needs both precision and creativity. The food industry is all about taste, innovation, and presentation. A home baker needs to know not only about the process of baking but also the raw materials used in the bakery.

Through knowledge of the art that is bakery and the raw materials involved is a significant part of the course. In-depth knowledge of the science, the equipment needed and the use of the same make you the complete Home Baker.

A variety of processes used in baking cookies, pieces of bead, pastry and cakes are a part of the extensive curriculum. Recipe Sheets, finished product portions, Apron, and Certificate of completion is a part of the full package. A Must do for every aspiring Home baker; this courses the stepping stone to a lifelong interest in Bakery.
